Lithium salt barrel/electrolyte packaging barrel is a container specially used to store lithium hexafluorophosphate. As a lithium-ion battery electrolyte, lithium hexafluorophosphate is mainly used as lithium-ion power batteries, lithium-ion energy storage batteries and other daily lithium batteries. It is an irreplaceable lithium-ion battery electrolyte in the current market.
Lithium hexafluorophosphate itself is easy to oxidize, absorb moisture, easily soluble in water, and corrosive. Due to the rapid development of domestic new energy in recent years, the demand for lithium hexafluorophosphate continues to rise. As an important storage and transportation equipment for lithium hexafluorophosphate, the market demand for lithium salt ton tanks is also constantly expanding. In order to achieve the purpose of recycling lithium salt ton tanks and ensuring the quality of electrolyte, lithium salt ton tanks must be cleaned to reduce the impurity content in the electrolyte barrel and prevent the electrolyte from remaining in the barrel, which will affect the quality of the next batch of electrolyte.
Keliying provided a stainless steel electrolyte barrel cleaning production line for a new energy enterprise. The system working mode of this solution is fully automatic operation. It uses an ultra-high pressure three-dimensional tank washer to achieve full-range scanning and cleaning of closed containers.
